Enquiries and customer accounts

We use the contact details, vehicle requirements, messages and call preferences you submit to respond to your enquiry and provide the services you request. Customer accounts let you manage requests and replies. Information needed to operate these features is processed by the website’s hosting and storage services.

Essential storage

The website uses essential cookies or browser storage for sign-in, security and remembering your privacy choice. Declining analytics does not stop you browsing, signing in or contacting Han.

Optional Google Analytics

Google Analytics loads only after you choose “Allow analytics”. It helps us count visits to public pages, WhatsApp link clicks, call-booking link clicks and successfully submitted enquiries. A WhatsApp click does not tell us whether you sent a message.

Google processes browser and device information and uses cookies to distinguish visits. We send public page paths, fixed catalogue categories and page numbers, and approved campaign labels for traffic sources. Enquiry events can include the public page or vehicle listing where the contact journey began. We remember that enquiry origin in this tab for up to 30 minutes after you allow analytics. We do not send free-text URL queries, fragments, names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages or request references to Analytics. Account, dashboard and administration pages are excluded. Advertising features and Google signals are disabled.

Your choice

We remember your analytics choice in this browser for up to six months. You can change it at any time using Cookie settings below or in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops Analytics on this browser and clears its first-party Analytics cookies. It does not remove data already collected. If browser storage is blocked, your choice may last only for the current visit.

Exclude your own visits

If you visit HAN JAPAN to manage or check the site, you can ignore your visits in this browser. This separate setting overrides analytics consent and remains until you turn it off or clear this site’s browser data. Enable it separately on every browser or device you use.

WhatsApp and other services

Following a link to WhatsApp or another external service takes you to that service, where its own privacy terms apply. Messages you choose to send to Han are used to respond to you.
