Your buying and export partner in Japan. Source vehicles for your inventory or your customers, with clear information from the first search to shipment.
HAN JAPAN helps overseas dealers find JDM cars, classics, rare exotics and other used vehicles through Japanese auctions, dealerships and private sellers. Tell us what your business needs and we’ll build a sourcing approach around it.
You may be building dealership stock, filling a customer order or looking for a Japanese sourcing agent who can handle the work locally. We help you compare options, ask the right questions and coordinate the agreed purchase and export services.
HAN JAPAN draws on Abdul’s experience buying, selling and exporting vehicles in Japan through Multi Plus Trading in Oyama, Tochigi. You can explore our company background and past vehicle deliveries before discussing a partnership.
Choose the help your business needs. We agree on responsibilities, inspection scope and costs before starting paid work.
01
Auction, dealer & private sourcing
Give us your stock brief or a customer’s exact specification. We search Japanese auctions, dealerships and private sellers, compare the available options and contact sellers about the details that matter.
Review auction sheets, available ownership and registration records, mileage evidence and repair history. Arrange a pre-purchase inspection with photographs, videos and a written report within the agreed scope.
We communicate with Japanese sellers, negotiate where possible and agree a purchase or maximum bid with you. Review the vehicle price, service fee and expected charges before approving the transaction.
Coordinate inland transport, export documentation and shipping arrangements to your destination. We clarify the handover to your freight provider or customs broker and the documents needed for the next stage.
For a JDM specialist, that might be an original Skyline GT-R, a manual Supra or a Silvia Spec-R. For a collector-car dealer, it may be a particular Ferrari, Lamborghini or classic model. We can also discuss other Japanese used cars and 4×4 vehicles for your stock brief.
Share your target purchase price, acceptable mileage, repair history, modifications and condition. For wholesale car sourcing, explain your expected buying frequency and destination so we can assess the requirements together.
Share your market, target vehicles, budget and whether you need occasional purchases or ongoing sourcing.
02
Agree the services and terms
We discuss sourcing, inspection, fees, deposits, payment timing and export responsibilities for your requirements.
03
Review and approve each purchase
Assess the available vehicle evidence and costs, then confirm the purchase instructions or maximum auction bid.
04
Coordinate export and the next search
We arrange the agreed Japan-side steps, share progress and discuss your next stock or customer requirement.
TRANSPARENT COMMERCIAL TERMS
Know the car price. Know the service fee.
For a sourced vehicle, the agreed seller or auction price is separated from HAN JAPAN’s service fee. Inspection, inland transport, export handling, shipping and destination charges are identified in the relevant quote so you can assess the purchase for your business.
Dealer terms are agreed individually around the work required. Any paid inspection, auction deposit, cancellation conditions and payment deadlines are explained before you authorize that work. A partnership inquiry is simply the start of a conversation.
Can HAN JAPAN act as a buying agent for our dealership in Japan?
Yes. We can support your dealership or import business with vehicle searches, seller communication, auction buying arrangements, inspections and export coordination. Tell us your destination, target models and the parts of the process you want us to handle so we can agree the scope.
Do you source wholesale stock as well as individual customer orders?
We welcome inquiries for dealership inventory, repeat purchases and specific customer vehicles. For wholesale stock sourcing, share your target purchase prices, condition standards and expected volume. Availability, pricing and service terms are discussed for your requirements; there is no published volume discount or guaranteed stock allocation.
Can you source cars outside Japanese auctions?
Yes. We can contact Japanese dealerships and private sellers, including a seller you have already found. Send the listing or vehicle details and we will discuss availability, negotiation, inspection access and the export process.
Can our business browse Japanese auctions?
HAN JAPAN offers USS auction browsing access through NINJA. Browsing access is separate from purchasing and bidding services. You approve the vehicle, maximum bid, fees and any required deposit before an auction purchase proceeds. See our Auction Access page for the current browsing subscription.
The agreed review can include auction-sheet findings, available vehicle-history and mileage records, a physical inspection, photographs, videos and a written report. Inspection access and timing differ by seller and venue. We explain the checks completed, missing evidence and any follow-up needed for your decision.
How are dealer partnership fees and deposits agreed?
We discuss the work required and provide the relevant service fees and expected purchase and export costs. The agreed seller or auction price is shown separately from our service fee. Any inspection payment, bidding deposit, cancellation conditions and payment deadlines are explained before you authorize that work. Sending a partnership inquiry does not require payment.
Can you support regular purchases and overseas export?
Yes. Tell us your buying frequency, preferred models, reporting needs and destination so we can discuss an ongoing arrangement. Shipping options and lead times are confirmed for each purchase. Import eligibility and destination clearance should be agreed with your local broker before buying.
